Payment and Shipping

* Please send a text, email, or voice message describing what you want 

* We will do a bit of checking for availability of needed items, and then 

   I will personally call you to discuss the details. I believe this is the only 

   way to assure you receive the guitar of your dreams. 

* Build times usually run around 2-3 months, depending on availability 

   of needed components, and your choice of finishes, customization, Etc. 

* A deposit of 50% is required to begin your build. This will only be 

   refunded if we are unable to complete your guitar for some reason.

   Failure to follow through with payment of balance, at the time of 

   completion will result in forfeiture of this deposit. 

* Upon completion of your guitar, you will receive multiple pictures to 

  examine before submitting payment of the remaining balance.

   NOTE: Because these instruments are made of natural elements, and

   assembled by human hands, some small imperfections and/or

   irregularities may be found and are part and proof of the handmade label.

   This being said, I will build every guitar like it was my own, and will not 

   declare it finished until absolutely everything is right.  I promise.

* We will then pack and ship your guitar and a strap in a hard case to you.

* Please follow all instructions on box prior to opening box and case. 

* Be sure to save the box, and all packing materials, in case you need to

   ship guitar back for any reason. I will repair for free any defects in

   manufacturing, and will work with you to resolve any other issues fairly.

* We accept Pay Now buttons on this site, Zelle payments, and your

   personal or business check (Call for our mailing address).
